What do you focus on in your coaching? The focus is determined at the beginning of the engagement by the client along with input from the manager, key stakeholders, and 360º feedback (if appropriate). Generally, we will attempt to identify the “One Thing” or desired outcome to serve as the foundation for the Leadership Action Plan (LAP).

What is your coaching philosophy? We take a capacity-building approach to coaching. Whether it's executive leadership coaching, management coaching, or employee coaching our focus is clear. This means we focus not necessarily on strengths vs. weaknesses but identifying the “One Thing” to build capacity. Below are our three main tenets.
Coaching is available one-on-one or in small groups, and in person and/or remotely.
